I know that some members of this forum were unfortunate enough to have contracted to buy apartments on this development (I believe Blackpoolfan was one), assuming that the would be purchasers applied for PTP I would be grateful to know if PTP was issued to any of them. My question being related to the fact that they would have been built quite near the military prison.
