I have a ground floor, 3 double bedroomed apartment just at the side of the Hirondelle roundabout. On a lovely complex with superb gardens and central pool. Maintenance is only £30 per month and a full-time gardener/cleaner is employed for this sum.



The apartment is 8 years old, well maintained and we have had the Deeds for 4 years.



We would like £65k for this but we have spent the money on it, instant hot water system (for winter) insect screens, beautiful luxury bathroom, all new ceramic floors - If we were to get what we paid plus what we have spent here then we would be asking for £72k - but hey, (in our dreams).
