| In the past two weeks, it has been announced that Local Authorities over England & Wales have issued 36% MORE care applications than in previous years. They are clearly erring on the side of caution now, as indeed they should have done previously, and I hope they will continue to do in the future. |

| i do hope so kay that is so sad, i read that the police are going to give the mother a new identity what else can she get, also harringay social workers will keep thier jobs, what is the country coming to, she had free housing benefits etc now a new identity on tax payes money. lock her up in the worst womans prision and let them get her, that poor baby may he rest in peace xx |
