The newest Sunday Market in North Cyprus enjoyed a very good day last week with ten tables in operation and enjoyed the company of Help those with Cancer Association who occupied three tables with their goods and were also able to sell tickets for their Tulips Golden Heart Raffle. As a market we are always ready to accommodate any genuine charity free of charge.

We do not hold ambitions of being a large market and hope to achieve fifteen to twenty stalls keeping the emphasis on quality as opposed to quantity and the hope that each stallholder will occupy their own niche.

Having said that some variation will naturally take place week to week or otherwise it would be like watching the same movie over and over.

Our regular stallholders themselves have loyal customers who visit us every week and we hope to attract more as time passes. On that note we ask the person or persons responsible to return our Sunday Market sign which was taken on Wednesday morning from outside Tempo Supermarket.

If you have found this market which has just started, and you drive along the road going east you will find a welcome at the Soyz Bar market which has now been going for over a year. You have a choice to go under cover or stay outside, both good places to be. We are on the main road in Catalkoy so easy to find.

l have my Charity stall there for The Kemal Saracoglu Foundation for Children with Leukeaemia and fight against Cancer. We have a wide range of quality clothing, Plenty of Books, DVD's, Bric a Brac, Quality Ladies Shoes & Boots, Handbags, Mens Jackets, and woolens, and not forgeting freshly cooked Sausage Rolls. Sultana and Plain Scones. That is just our stall.

There is Carol with her beautiful hand made cards which you have not see like. Tina with her dresses etc, etc, Plant lady, Bric a Brac stalls and Julia with her home cooked food and more. Brouse round then sit and have a drink and a chat.

We will wecome you in the morning 9am-1pm
