http;//www.cyprus44.com/forums/76766.a:

(don't know if that will work)

Browneyes - You state:

"The GC's screwed the TC's so it is OK for the TC's to screw the Brits to get back their rights"

You have said many things on this site but this is totally below the belt CAN YOU EXPLAIN BY WHAT IS MEANT BY the "GC'S SCREWED THE TURKS" ......HOW DARE YOU !!!! SO mant people have give you time and effort and actually sympathised with your case. This is a total insult to many TURKISH CYPRIOTS and you choose to live on our island !

I believe you described yourself as a London Cypriot when we met. Does that mean you went to our island and lived there, was educated there, worked there and received all that was offered. Were you evacuated like so many others to our island.

We too have lived with conflict: read Baby Boomers Memories.

We did not.

We listened and believed people. We checked things out which we had heard. We ha never lived abroad so were totally unaware of the risks.

We were lied to by our advocate from day 1 and it continued for 3 years before the s**t hit the fan and I asked for my file back. I took it to my Estate Agent Remax and she could not believe what she saw - she freaked out. Regardless of the lies about exchanged land she found that there was no build permit, no land registry nothing that we needed.

Stoneshouse stated:

The dirty Greeks are still the legal & rightful owners of these exchange properties whatever you say is not going to change that....

So where does that put people who have bought on exchange land.

In relation to TC's offloading exchange land to brits who then own nothing:

Yorgo stated:

'we can't deny the fact that 'double dipping' has taken place and still could take place for the simple reason of trnc not being recognised.

I've certainly met a few whom rather 'proudly' boast about it. :(

Browneyes

You state:

'SO mant people have give you time and effor'

I did not invite you to attend the meeting with Hasan Sungur HE DID.

He obviously thought you would be useful to him - AND YOU ARE!!!

I wish you had not been given this opportunity by Hasan Sungur to interfere in my business. Marian Stokes has been doing a good job for 3 years, but lets face it, she knows what she is doing and does not cause more problems for buyers who already have enough problems.

There knowledge of the laws and the people involved in the constructin industry and legal matters means that she has a clear understanding of who the victims are!!

Browneyes:

For you information I have worked with Asylum Seekers from conflicts all over the world who have come to 'our island'.

I have provided job training and assessed them in order for them to obtain jobs and/or gain NVQ qualifications. This also, equipped them with skills and qualities that they would need in order to contribute to their country's recovery and be valuable members of their own communities - If they ever had an opportunity to return to their own country .

When I hear the news about a specifc country I wonder if 'so & so' will go back home now. I hope so and I wish them well, knowing that I have given them the skills and confidence to be an asset in their home environment wherever it is in the world.

philbailey - I am answering you and only you. My Agent gave me a glossy saying exchange land was 100% safe. I still have it in my possession.

Estate Agents are usually the first people you see and if they do not know what exchange land is or prefer not to TELL THE PURCHASERS as they might lose the sale, then they are at fault. As Agent they should know all about the projects they are sellling. I am sure Remax who are puported to be Saints would have explained in full to all purchasers on Incensu properties that they were to be built on exchange land and the implications of buying on such land. If they did not perhaps then they were negligent or worse. I am not implying that they failed to reveal this, just saying that the purchasers seem either not to know or have forgotten.

The person whom I dealt with in Remax who gave me all the information avalable was:

Ruby James (who is no longer with them and hasn't been for some time)

She is also one of the Friends on STOP THE BLACKMAIL IN NORTH CYPRUS

Ruby James is a good friend to me and my family and has continued to help the Incesu buyers, when she could.

Ruby sold all of the Incesu properties (except one) and has had personal contact with most of them.

Ruby James attended all the meeting with Ayhan Sener (whom she believed was the Advocate too)

She escorted us around HASAN SUNGUR'S house and was there when we were told:

- Hasan Sungur's house was built by Cafer - She informed other buyers of this fact

- If Cafer died or went broke, we would own everything that was there on site at the time.

and a lot of other lies.

Ruby is very knowledgable about the property procedures here
