Sorry I started this post and accidentally clicked before I had finished. What I was trying to say is, that this Friday at Carpenters market, a friend of Maureens will be there with a stall selling her lovely hand made cards. There is not a large stock of Maureens cards, but so many people have asked for them and now you have the opportunity to buy what is left of Maureen's lovely work.

As well as Maureen's cards, Anne will also be there with her beautiful cards there will also be absolutely delicious traditional, home made cakes and pastries, tasty pickles and jams from Dave, artwork from me, Tina with her shawls, lovely jewelery, DVDs, books, pet care products and house clearance items.

Tulips stall will be selling the raffle tickets for the big draw and if you want a quick and tasty lunch to take away? The Carpenters own pizzas are fantastic!!!

A friendly welcome is always guarenteed, so come along and have a coffee and a browse!

No Judy, unfortunately Maureen is still very poorly, but she has given permission for her cards to be sold on her behalf.

Sorry to hear that. When you are next in contact please send our regards, Judy and Vincent. We stayed at their cottage for a month in 2006 and it was Maureen and Tony that made us fall in love with this part of the island and now we are here!

All my very best wishes to Maureen for a speedy recovery. She introduced me to the wonderful fauna this island is blessed with and her knowledge and personality is truly inspirational. I hope to join her for another walk in spring. Get Well Soon.

The rain has gone, the sun is shining again, so come and have coffee and cake at Carpenters. Barbara will be there with her irrisistable goodies and she is also taking orders for Xmas cakes.
