karakum Pizza Land Complaint

when they first opened there shop in karakum i ordered a pizza at 6 oclock at night it came at 10 at night, then the menu says that they are open during the week from 11.00 am untill 23.00 pm iv foned 3 times during the week over that 6 months and they have been shut when i foned at 7 in the evening, and lastly my cousin got a pizza from there and it had a hair on it!

i would highly recomend you not to get your food from there its unbelievable, iv used yummies after and there has been no such problems.

i know the 2 guys for a number of years who run it and have never had any problems with them.



the pizzas are good value and very tasty.



if this complaint is genuine i would suggest you talk to them directly as they are very friendly and helpfull

Agreed Msg. 2 Yet again someone trying to harm another business. Did you speak to the owners and make your feelings known to them? I suggest you do that, and if they treat you properly, then why don't you come back and tell us. If they don't then you will have a grievance. OK?

If I am not mistaken Pizza land at Karakum has been shut for quite a while, or it has moved.



To compare Yummies which is aprox 10 miles from karakum seems to be an attempt at advertising this pizza shop.



It was only a couple of weeks ago that Yummies got a slating on 44 for advertising buy one get one free only this was not the case as was reported on Cyprus 44.

I order from Pizza Land a lot, and have never had a problem with any of their pizzas. I think they are really good value, and you get a lot more toppings from them than you do with other pizza companies we have tried.

Always used Pizza Land, then they moved, then we moved and now its too far to ask them to deliver - still use them when we are on the way past and have never had any problems with the food or service or quality of either. Good food at a good price and worth it.



If you have a proper complaint then go back into the shop, look the owner in the eye and tell him - then put that on the forum instead.

Pizza Land are now in Metform Plaza (next to Lemar, Karakum). Great pizza and very courteous staff. Never had a problem there.

We have been eating in there for years. In the last shop and now the new.

The owner is such a nice guy you should go back to him if you have a complaint. He won't mind and will listen to what you have to say.

His food is always good and at a fair price. We wouldn't eat pizza anywhere else.

I am super fussy when it come to recommending restaurants because very few here are worthy of it. This is one is, the best pizza in the TRNC.

They are a little disorganised on occasions (I've popped in to order to find the chef is out delivering!!) but cannot fault their pizzas - tip top every time.
