It seems that there are a large number of ex- Sigs in Cyprus. I am hoping for a get together at the RBL Club at the Waterfront Lapta strip. Please email me at desrob2004@hotmail.com and lets see how many we can get. There is also the possibility of forming a Royal Sigs Association as the one in the south (I have been informed) is defunct.

This is the sort of response I would expect from "Scaleybacks". There could be dozens our there waiting for someone to read the post to them!

Can a "grunt" not R Sigs attend if he claimed his last 6 months service in UK and spent his last 18 months as Adjt/Admin Offr, security offr, imprest holder etc etc etc with the Sig Sqn of 39 Inf Bde at Goodjerat Bks Colchester retiring in 1984 clutching a much appreciated farewell gift of a painting with the title "anticipation" ?
