| Take North East road past Acapulco and on to Esentepe, from Esentepe continue along the north east new coast road until you
come to a junction, right is for Gecitkale left to Tatlisu, turn left
and continue towards Tatlisu, when you see a roundabout with garage on
left continue straight on, don't turn onto the old coast road yet.
After 10/15 mins you will see a big sandy beach on left with caravans,
signed Kaplica Turizm. The village is on the right, harbour on left. |

| we were there yesterday and it was very busy - restaurant was packed and 2 people were swiming in the sea. There were also a few families picnicking at the picnic tables. It was nice to see the children playing in the playground and parents and grandparents sitting playing cards all enjoying the sunshine. |

| My friends are here on holiday and yesterday we went to Horse Shoe bay near Guzelyurt it was lovely there. So i thought i would take them in the opposite direction on thursday if the weather is still nice. |

| Pipie - no we didn't eat as it was so busy (Bayram i expect) but many locals were. The prices were, if i recall, all about 20 - 28 TL for chicken or lamb shish or various fish grills. I saw the uncooked selection of fish being taken to a table for the diners to choose which one they wanted - it looked nice fat shiney fish ! It all smelt lovely and was very clean. The loos were absolutely spotless as well - which is a credit to them seeing as how busy it was.
If you do go to eat let me know what it was like as i have my fish mad Dad coming over for Xmas and want to take him to a good fish restaurant for a change. i only know 2 - Missina (K'lou way) and Lagoon in Girne town. |
