A question that some of you residents might be able to answer. What is the mail delivery like in NC, do they have a postal delivery or is this a stupid question. I'm sure I read somewhere in an earlier post that you have to rent a post box or something of that nature. Regards Marvo

Depends where you live. We live in Ozankoy just outside the village and our mail is delivered by the guy that reads our water meter, no doubt he has a few other jobs as well.

hi there their is a mail system in north cyprus but is quite unrealible and slow because firstly all letters in and out of cyprus has to go via turkey and unrealiable because there a lot of houses and streets that the postie cant find or some houses and streets have not got names or numbers so he just gives up and it wont be deliverd and you will have to go down the local post office to see if you got mail. so thats why for security and for realiabity a p.o box number is a good option but for speed and extra reliance is to use parcel companies like aras kargo-mng kargo - yurtici kargo - ups or fed ex the last two for sending to the u.k hope this helps you marvo regards
