From BBC...

If the All Blacks start thinking that opposition teams don't have the right to respond to the haka, they may as well stop doing it.

I thought the response of the Wales team before last Saturday's Test in Cardiff was great. I don't think they did anything wrong.

It was their silent way of doing the haka back to us, one way to stand up to it.

Nonu (number 12) said he was upset by the Welsh response to the haka

If Ma'a Nonu says he was upset by it, he needs to pull his head in.

If that is what he thinks he is weak, he has exposed himself as fragile. By saying it upset him he has told everyone else that he is affected by it when someone responds to the haka.

Who knows what other teams might start doing if they think the All Blacks are going to be that precious about it?

Maybe England will try a Morris dance on Saturday! Or perhaps someone will run round the back of the All Blacks while they are doing it - what would happen then?

Perhaps the English players should respond by doing the "Lambeth Walk"

Groucho:

Graham Henry was also upset by the response of the Wales team. Well tough! Well said Zinzan.

I hope England get stuck into N.Z. (not lterally, of course!). I hope the England boys do thenselves proud on Saturday. Would be nice to see my countrymen beat the Aussies as well.

I think it's 9-0 to Southern hemisphere at the moment! Doh!

Wait till Scotland meet them,

Do a "BRAVEHEART" on them.

Put their Kilts on and show them

Big Hairy Bums

Now that will upset them,

And a few others too ;-)

My favourite unreal scene from a spoof movie... that I made up....

Crocodile Dundee goes to... Er, Dundee!

Stage direction: Crocodile Dundee (Paul Hogan) pulls a bowie knife from his camp trouser belt.... and looks Jock in the eye and makes a stabbing gesture.

Jock To Crocodile Dundee "That's not a knife, this is a knife!... "

Stage direction: whilst, removing his mighty Dirk from the scabbard dangling by his side....

Crocodile Dundee, "F*ckin' hell!"

Stage direction, Exit Crocodile Dundee stage right....

Before too many teams start responding too aggresivley to the Hakka, did you see the Australian Rugby League team really square up to the Kiwis.

A slaughter of kangaroos followed!!!!!!!

CIH:

I did see that.

In all seriousness, if 'confronting' the Haka means the All Blacks lose their cool, then more of it! A large part of Rugby is about discipline, control and patience. So if they didn't have that in the first half, then it would partly explain why Wales were more than a match for them. The other part was Wales were superb, of course!

Get a good Welsh male voice choir in front of them, and a rendering of "Men of Harlech"........it didn't quite worked against the Zulus,in fact they were slaughtered then, too.

Still proud to be Welsh, and support the Grand Slam Champions.

Isandlwana maybe but there were no Welshmen there! Now Rorke's drift? the boot was on the other foot, we Welsh weren't slaughtered there. Ivor Emanuel was a hero!

OK Geoff, you've asked for it...

It’s death! It’s death! It’s life! It’s life!

It’s death! It’s death! It’s life! It’s life!

This is the hairy man

Who brought up the sun

And caused it to shine again on me

One upward step!

Another upward step!

Up to the top! .. the Sun shines!!!

Enjoy your week-end
