hi. we are looking for some one to check out a two bed apartment for snagging jobs And to recheck the jobs have been completed before payment

Sorry no recommendation.......



Someone asked me if I'd be interested in doing their snagging,

declined, saying

"I'm a Virgo, worst person to ask"



Heard later they had 15 pages of snagging,

not sure if I would've been that particular,

Depends on what you're willing to accept as OK.



Best thing to do is get them to list everything

they thinks' needing redone, go through it yourself,

If you agree, take it from there.



Also better if you can test run everything that's installed,

toilets, showers including white goods etc.

we are there for the new year and will be happy to do your snagging along with our own on cbm

Unfortunately according to Nurten payment has to be made by the end of December so they have not given us much time to go and check the apartments before hand.

I have to agree with AGAbuyers AG,

Stuart Hillard has an excellent reputation and as far as I'm aware, is the only qualified chartered surveyor on the Island.

I'm confident to recommend him as I know of quite a few people who

have been very satisfied with his service as well as myself.

yes and Stuart even sent me a copy of the letter Evergreen sent him. He said they only have the ones they recommend.!!!!!
