| Found black pudding in Bell's...delicious this morning. Bought mincemeat there too But where do they sell mushy peas...frozen preferred,but tinned or dry acceptable |

| Hi Mikelapta, You will need to score the fat across every 1/2 inch to a depth of 1/4 inch. then rub a little oil or fat in, sprinkle salt quite liberally on top. Bake in hot oven for 1/2 hour then turn heat down. Happy eating. The Butlers wife |
