who works in the ROC and resides in the TRNC

As the heading says,wondering how easy it is? maybe setting up a business,does anyone do this(in the ROC)? Please only reply if you are already doing this or know someone who IS/has done it. Thanks Neil.

Plenty of people work in the south and live in the north.

I am not sure about setting up a business in the roc and i think you would possibly need residency there and an address? I think for a business you need to set up a company but i don't know much more than that.

Its easy, but you do need an address on the South Side, to be self employed as in the UK, its a very similar system, you have to go to the tax office and registar i think its about 50 Euros, our Friend that lived in Paphos did it and didnt have any problems. Do some homework on the net, it maybe worth renting a studio flat for the address.....

michelle,thanks for that bit of info,i've got access to an address in the roc, when i'm over next think i'll go south and have a look at what's on offer,does anyone know an estate agents that deals with commercial properties south side? cheers

You can buy the south Cyprus paper in the shop here, have a look in there, or as Deniz says look on google
