Hi



Does anyone have problems with Digital Supreme speed. I have the 2mb package and currently getting 0.69 mbps for download and 0.01 mbps upload. Ironically when I was trying to read a post on download speeds it wouldn't download!

yes we do have same problem and we asked adil 2 days ego and its the bad weather !!

live out near Tatlisu, our internet with digital supreme ok but only when we had electric yesterday. no electric 0030-1110, 1330-1630, 1640-1710, 1955-2110 there were lightning strikes down at Sea terra on friday night that we think caused the electrical probs.

I have complained many times to DS about their service, we got the 3 mb package, and we are always struggling with it..... You won't get anywhere with them, they will check your connection, and tell you all is well.... Maybe.... Because they are rubbish at customer service..... It's always going off, it's a struggle to watch tv. ( which only needs between 800kb & 1mb) it's always buffering. Skype keeps stopping, and picture attachments don't show.... We will not renew with them, we will go elsewhere, although they all have problems.... It's a real shame that we can't get decent Internet here....

This morning we are getting a whole 0.12 mbps..... wow..... and upload of 0.10 mbps this is fairly common too.... anybody know who are the most reliable internet providers.... Going to ditch this lot and go elsewhere....

I know the feeling Msg 7 I have been struggling all morning with getting connection, keeps going down or is too slow even to send a message on whatsapp. We are going to go over there tomorrow and ask for a refund on the grounds of breach of contract!!

Perhaps we should start a petition for a decent internet service

good luck with the refund thing, I don't think though they give a dam.... I have phoned, emailed alot and all I get is the usual rubbish... Bad weather, base station problem or whatever..... They even said I was receiving 2.8mbps once, which if I was, I was not using the laptop at the time.... But this is my issue.... I only want a decent service, enough for tv...... and we get utter crap all the time... When I turn on the laptop, I want to be able to use it.....

Just checked the speed again and it's a massive 0.40mbps and a huge 0.20 upload too.....

I do not understand why you guys are complaining? This is like buying a chinese fake phone and then complaining it doesnt perform as good as the real one.



There are 4 proper ISPs in this country, Multimax, Nethouse, Extend and Kibrisonline. If you purchase Internet from any other 'company', you are either buying from a reseller or some small scale operation that thinks this business is so easy that he can just do it with little investment. It works fine until like 100 customers then starts the problems, no reliable connection, no reliable phone support, not enough manpower for on site support.



Bu supporting these 'mushroom providers' you are harming the industry in general. Because of lack of funding for purchasing the correct devices and the know-how to configure them properly, every antenna these companies put up ends up doing no good other than polluting the frequencies for people who is trying to do a proper business.

I am not criticizing any particular company, all the companies other than the ones I have mentioned falls into the same category.



Ask them to show you their most recent TTnet (from telekom) bill, ask them to show you their server room(most of them do not even have one), the list goes on.



Even the big companies have their share of problems (again making any particular criticism).



Why would you sign up with a company who would refuse to refund even though they cannot deliver the promised service? Do you not have a contract? My mind does not process this, sorry.

We were new to living here and they were recommended by our letting agent, we assumed that as they were recommended they would be good.

Thank you for explaining the situation about the 4 proper ISP's we did not know that, so yes we are partly to blame for not looking around but we didn't have the internet to do it!!



We will be changing providers and have so far had good recommendations for your company.

you put since your internet 3 months ago..i paid for 10 mb line for your kemal..but your company didnt gave me the speed yet...still its 4 mb download so dont blame other companies....
