| I don't think they can do much structure work until March or afetr the (stormy season) as such, but they can start the land infrastructure yesterday! |

| Just wait until reports say construction has started . The one in the Karpaz has def started i saw construction in progress in September . |

| I very much expect that finance to proceed with this project will be a current stumbling block.
Certainly the cost to construct the marina and the necessary marine works will run into many millions of £s.
Current worldwide credit dificulties must lead to questions as to who will currently be prepared to finance the project.
On a personal note. I very much hope that Altan Housain is able to proceed as soon as possible. The long term economic effect on TRNC will be very beneficial on the back of the yachting industry sucesses in Croatia, Turkey and Greece.
Put me down for a berth and an apartment on the marina....finance permitting. |
