How many people are selling up?

I started a thread a few months ago asking how many people were buying.



I'd now like to guage the opposite, so how many people are selling up and going home???

In September an English Estate agent friend told us he had 82 properties on his books. Of course, many of these may be people who may have brought holiday homes or investment properties and are now selling - can't say how many of them had moved out to TRNC and were now retruning to UK but he said it was highest number of resale properties he'd ever had.
