1. A reunified BBF state, and 2. chilling on the patio. If the first doesn't happen the second will continue as normal.

A peaceful solution to the situation, I would prefer a separate state or one where everyone will be able to live without fear of recriminations etc.



And hopefully this time next year, we will have our villa finished and that by that time the whole of the site completed too.
