I posted this http://trncvillaowners.phpbb3now.com/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1422&p=9138&hilit=chocolate+truffles#p9138 on Villa Owners website earlier this year, it has to be the easiest truffle recipe ever and they taste great too. Ideal for little Christmas presents - our kids love to help making them.

Another easy recipe " Baked Brie In Puff Pastry "

1 pack of ready made Puff Pastry

1 Large round of Brie

Take one half of the half of the pastry , put Brie on top , cut around the Brie leaving about one and a half ins , take other half , drape on top of the Brie and cover sides , cut all but 1in away. Take bottom half and fold over the top part of pastry and seal . Make small slit on top , brush with milk or egg , and bake for 30mins at 200c .Serve on a bed of rocket Or whatever you prefer and redcurrant or cranberry sauce

Thanks from both of you. Sound very tempting

Don't you think our native redcurrant is better than

cranberry?
