Help with solicitors address

Hello, i am a new member. I am hoping someone can help me. I came to Kyrenia on holiday a few months ago. I am hoping to buy a holiday apartment. I was given the address of a solicitor/advocat named Mr guleboy. the office was opposite the Girne law courts. I have lost the paper with the company name and address on. Can anyone help me and tell me name of company Mr Guleboy works for.

I am a TRNC lawyer as well as a UK solicitor born and brought up in the UK and recently moved down to TRNC. Currently work at a law firm in Nicosia and can travel to Kyrenia as and when needed. Fluent both in English and Turkish and willing to assist all English speaking for all their legal queries and problems.

See the heading at the top of message, we used Naomi and found her company to be very proffesional.

I see that people are recommending lawyers again similar to supermarkets. "I bought a box of xxbrand chocolates and it was well worth the money. I recommend this market"

Five years down the line and you ask why the government is not doing anything about the mess.

I won’t recommend a lawyer but do check that who ever you use meet the following



1. Check that they are qualified – ask to see certificates

2. Ask for a free meeting to help you decide

3. Check they are familiar with the land registry in the area you intend to buy (not essential but it

helps)

4. check they client accounts are separate from their personal ones (not required by law in Cyprus

apparently)

5. e-mail them some questions and see the quality of the responses



This won`t guarantee success but at least you should have weeded out the worst ones

I see your point but surely it's better the devil you know than the devil you don't.



If Naomi Mehmet is not reccomended why is she allowed to be at the top of the thread.
