On my recent trip to find a small ‘value’ property – and the week since my return – I have had some interesting experiences. In that there are a lot of empty developments that have not sold off-plan and are on offer by agents/developers for a quick cash deal.

One agent is Nokta. A charming lady there is trying to tempt me to consider buying from 2 developments in Lapta, of which one is certainly complete. Unfortunately – and strangely - the developers will not release the locations of these developments. Naturally I would like to know if they actually exist (we all know why!) and would even like a Google earth or GPS reference for them. But I am left to find out if they exist by myself. Or should I say with the help of my good friends on this forum. So could any of you suggest where these places are please. Their references from their website are –

SQU-LAP-008 (7 blocks with 3 pools, completion unknown)

ALA-LAP-002 (2 blocks with 1 pool and claimed complete)

Many thanks

guin

Thank you

FREDRED

Will have a look on Google earth for it.

Sorry, but with respect, you have missed the point. I know the web address - I gave the references to the developments from the web address in my posting. It is the physical location of the developments that I am trying to establish thanks.

Not much point in Google Earth - it's more than 4 years out of date for this area....

Good luck!

The fact that they won't tell you where they are should tell you everything you need to know - don't waste any more of your time on this.

Sorry for the delayed reply - have been away for a few days.

Krin - yes you are right about GE but I am not expecting to find the developmnts in the picture. When the sites are identified then I can pass-on the detail to my local spies for information!

Jimmy - yes, and that I why I posted the question. Responses so far have also proved useful (off-list as well as on). And of course the people trying to get me to buy have also seen my posting and have gone very quiet. I warned them of the power of the internet before I made the posting.

Phil - thanks, have mailed you.

Great thanks all

Guin
