During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.



A number of clean-shave faced and bald headed regulars of the Old Mill Ozankoy have been growing their hair during Movember, these selfless and generous men, known as Mo Bros, have become walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health. We are celebrating there achievements on Friday 2 December.

We are celebrating there achievements on Friday 2 December. Mo Bros and Mo Sistas will celebrate their gallantry and valor at a Movember party at The Old Mill Ozankoy where we will help our volunteers loose their hair with sponsored shaves we will also serve a Sweeney Todd Pie and Pea Supper for 10tl of which 5tl will be donated to the cause, and if that’s not entertainment enough we will also have a disco and karaoke. If you would like to support this worth while cause and raise vital funds for Tulips and The Northern Cyprus Cancer Trust come along and join in on what will be a great night. If you are unable to attend the evening and would still like to sponsor one of our victims contact us or call into The Old Mill or Cupcakes in Ozankoy.

Thank you to Michelle and Chris for raising money for Help Those With Cancer Association/Tulips last night.



Thanks to the men who took part in the shave off and the generosity of the public who paid to see it.



Carole and I had a fantastic night and a good laugh after a hard day of selling raffle tickets!
