Too many threads on the same subject

There are now at least five threads on this page about the Census! All more or less inter-relating Most of them are quite helpful and informative , and reassuring if one was worrying about being the only one left out!



I have noticed before several threads on the same subject and keeping up with them can be time wasting, and lead to misunderstandings.



Why dont people check if someone else has also posted on the same subject before starting a thread, and would it help if titles gave more info about the subject of a post instead of just being attention grabbing?

Yes - I just came back and noticed!!!!! Sorry, I just dont know how that happened, but several times I have posts I have put on (and also others) have repeated themselves. HELP! Is there a moderator in the house who can explain what I am doing wrong and delete my superfluous post?
