I was taking to one of the senior guys at Lapta Belediyese 3 weeks ago and suggested to him that they should publish an English translation of the water bill in the local newspaper. I got my latest copy of the paper today and they have done it. Full marks Lapta! So cut it out and keep it and you will always be able to understand your bill in future.

Now how to persuade them to print a translation of Kibtek's bill?

...and the driving licence application

...and..........

There was a translation of the electricity bill in Cyprus Today many moons ago. I have a copy somewhere but I don't think it will scan very well. I will have a look.
