I would love to join in but cannot find Bar 11 or the football pitch. I live near Molly's Place and Sammy's Hotel so reckon I know the Catalkoy Road. I headed of on my bicycle, past Lemar on the right and on to the sign for Oscars Resort on the left, through Karakum and beyond for a further 5 minutes.

Can someone point me in the right direction please, some other landmarks would be useful.

Thanks Maddie

OK again I headed of on my bicycle, past Lemar on the right and on to the sign for Oscars Resort on the left, through Karakum and beyond for a further 5 minutes.

And still I cannot find it, I couldn't even find the Stop and Shop, is that a shop or an area.

Is there another landmark I should look out for? I would really like to get there by Monday!

Hi Maddie, its Shona the trainer, if you pass Le Belles fruit & Veg on your right and turn left just past this you will see a football stadium on you right. This is where we meet. Think you must be getting fitter already all that cycling!!

Will be great to see you, if you have a mat or towel you can bring that would be great too.

Shona

Hi Maddie, Glad you made it to this morning's session. Hope it will be a regular outing for you. Look forward to seeing you again.

Anyone else out there who fancies the circuit??? I can definitely recommend it. Shona is a fantastic trainer. Can't imagine not training three mornings a week now.

I've done all sorts of training in the past but never had a trainer that has motivated and encouraged me the way Shona has. Above all, it's so much fun that I kept on coming throughout the heat of the summer. Well worth getting up for. You're the best thing that's happened to me since I've got here mate!

Thank you.

Are the training sessions taking place throughout the Xmas and New Year period?
