hi thanks for replying this thread. where is your destination after the airport? the price depends on the destination. i will give u a rough prediction though. from ercan to mercure hotel it would cost around 100TL normally but since we are new we can give you a discount price for 75TL. if u go to girne then it will cost you less of course. you can contact the number above for direct talk with the driver. or you can e mail at

hi in case you didnt get my previous thread because i lost connection, the price depends on your destination. from ercan to mercure normally will cost around 100TL but i can give you discount until 75TL. if u go from ercan to girne it will cost you less of course. you can call the number above and talk directly to the driver or you can e mail at:

Thank you for the reply, but do think the fare from Ercan is as R.C.T. Man says rather expensive! I dare not ask for price of a taxi from Larnaca back to Lapta, think you may have priced yourself already to fail, but saying that all the best in your venture ... ...

£35 sounds ok to me from Ercan to Mercure if 2.85tl = £1

or as they say £26 if u negotiate

thats the normal price 35 pounds or you can ask the driver to turn on the taxi metre so you can get the exact price by the kilometers wherever your destination is. thank you for responding. we are new here and we welcome any suggestions and inputs from you.

100TL is way over the top, only last weekend i got a taxi direct from Ercan Airport to Kyrenia and only paid 70TL

Good afternoon all without wanting to "talk down" to this new company surely a succesful launch is about providing the information your potential new customers will need in order to awaken their interest.



I would suggest they need to include a simple spread sheet showing the costs of a taxi from:



Larnaca to Kyrenia,or Bellpais,Ozankoy,Catalkoy,Esentepe,and all the other areas to the west of Kyrenia



Ercan to Kyrenia, or Bellpais,Ozankoy,Catalkoy,Esentepe,and all the other areas to the west of Kyrenia



I must say however based on the suggested prices they are going to be very quiet.
