It is definitely Nethouse as I tried another VPN and it worked.

yes i had the same problem , i had to to use some one elses computer on a diff network and it worked fine

Not tried Paypal with them but i moved to Nethouse in June of this year with their 4Mg download and 1Mg upload package. I have never received more than 0.5 Mg upload speed (on their speed test you get about 1.5Mg upload for about the first 5 seconds - then watch as it dwindles away) whereas the download speed says it is continually above the 4Mg I am paying for. However when I first had the package I could watch any YouTube video and it would play brilliantly without any buffering whatsoever - now, and for the last couple of Months I can only watch about 5 seconds of a video before the buffering starts - and this will continue to be the same pattern until the video is finished. I have 3 Laptops in the house which work on different operating systems and they are all the same. I can only Surmise that the bandwidth which they are supplying is basically so over subscribed that it cannot handle all the activity that is going on at the same time.

We have just tried to use Paypal and also had the same problem. We are also with Nethouse. Luckily, we pay for a UK VPN and managed to complete the transactions using the other VPN. Too much of a co-incidence for it not to be a Nethouse VPN problem.

Trouble is it takes me ages to try to contact Nethouse .
