Many of us , and I include myself , are quick to put down or complain about local shops and supermarkets so I thought I would post a positive one. I went to buy a bottle of Gin (will not specify which one ) but the price was 4.5 TL cheaper than a competitor, so I thought Oh a bargain............and duly took it to the till.



When the said bottle was scanned it came up with the price of the other supermarket, so I queried the price and said it is not priced up as that. The till girl went with me to the shelf and sure enough the price was displayed as the CHEAPER price.

We went back to the till and she scanned the price tag it came up with the HIGHER price, so it was a human error for typing the cheap price.

Went to refer to the manager..........................and I expected the CYPRUS SHRUG.....................but............she dutifully took out the high price and tilled up the cheap price ( then binned the price tag )
