Went to the south yesterday across Ledra Street and saw plenty of ponsettia but couldn't risk carrying one back.

Does anybody know where I can buy one in the north? I have checked east of Girne but none of the flower or garden shops seem to have them.

Yes, this shop sells Poinsettia plants every year.....but you have to remember that when you buy this plant and it is on display outside the shop it will not survive inside your home. Poinsettias CANNOT tolerate temperature change. Also they are expensive to buy.

Crofter,

Thank you for your advice, I did intend to keep it on our front terrace as I know it would not enjoy our woodburner.
