That's the trouble. You buy a quality suitcase like Samsonite and then discover that the weight of the case alone is sometimes 25% of your baggage allowance (for most flights).

China Bazaar have a reasonable selection of cases. We purchased a large 4 wheeled case from them earlier in the year which has been used backwards and forwards to the UK on several ocassions and shows no signs of wear and tear.
