Another Hearing - another attempt to have Pauline excluded

The hearing scheduled for today, seemingly just a formailty actually became more interesting when the Bank wanted me excluded (again) because the address for me on the legal forms was wrong. Now come on, they are having a laugh, how could Iive there when the Bank had taken my villa and were weekending in it, and why has it just become an issue with Mr Kursat. Anyway, no harm done, new adress accepted and I AM STILL IN THE CASE. Proves my point, even when the Advocate says there is not need for you to be there - BE THERE.



My biggest fear is THEM knowing where I live. I hope my fear is unfounded.

Some very interesting feedback about the new Bill to cap the Bank Interest Rates and make the new proposed law restrospective. It is said to be an extraordinary law to deal with an extraordinary time in the the TRNC and could be ratified by the New Year. Time will tell, too many broken promises for me to believe it until I see it ON THE STATUTE BOOKS.



Then of course the next question will be, who will pay the reduced amount.?????



I havent gone off topic, this was what I learned yesterday at the Court, after the case.
