It's more or less the same , both powdered milk , but coffee mate is creamier .

Hi Simbas, do you think coffee mate would be ok to use in bread....the recipe calls for skimmed powder, but if this is the same sort of...then...? Maybe?

Sam, I had this problem when I first got my breadmaker!



I asked a couple of people who are experts at bread making and they told me to use semi skimmed milk.

So if the recipe you are using says: 200ml water (for example) then use 100ml water and 100ml semi skimmed milk.

Saw actual skimmed milk (0% fat) in Starling the other day but it cost 3.45TL for a litre ouch :(

I saw milk powder in the army shop next 1001 in Girne. It was on the same shelf as coffee mate. Sut tozu
