Cosy romantic dinner recommendations

I'm treating my fella to a meal tomorrow night. Girne ideally. Has anyone got any recommendations..? House is my number one choice at the moment. We've never eaten there, and its cosy/special. I see great reviews for loads of restaurants in Girne, but they all seem better suited to summer...

Efendi is fab and certainly in the running! i know the lovely girl that owns it with her husband, but we've been there plenty of times. No 14 is closed till spring. What about the dragon at the rocks? Over priced probably...

Went to the House once had fish n chips ! they said "how did you find the fish sir?" and i said I lifted up one of the 3 chips and there it was !!! Atmosphere excellent service very good !!!
