Way overpriced, forget about what's on it, look at the size of the plot. I'm not exactly sure about the size of 1 donum, but i think this is less than half a donum. It doesn't matter where it is in TRNC at that price.

Why not have 3 Estate Agents value it? Obviously you do not have to use them but it will give you some idea of its sale value. I think you do have to consider that the property market, world wide, is in the doldrums so you will not necessarily get what you actually want.



Lots of concern in the South because of the deeds problem so you need to promote the issuing of available deeds.
