I can assure those who do think of me as a 'professional victim', it is not a profession I would wilingly choose.

I would love to be in a well built villa, with my kocan and not a problem in the world. I am sure there are many in the same situation as me who would wish the same thing.

If it makes some uncomfortable that I have the audacity to try to do something about my siutation and the situation of others similarly affected, I can only say, I do not ask you to sympathise, but I do ask you to respect my right to try to help myself and those who want my help.

That is why I have chosen the subject title, so that those who do not wish to read this, can skim over it, there are plenty more subjects to choose from.

Merry Christmas everyone, and a Happy New Year.

Yes well, it seems as long as I am alright Jack, the rest of us can go...............

If I am a professional victim, I sure as hell would like payday to arrive some day soon.

Have a great Christmas kaiserphil and a Happy New Year to you and yours.

Better than being a professional smug, self-satisfied twit Polly.

Thanks for the good wishes, and Carol and I wish you and all other professional victims a terrific Christmas, and a complete turn-round of luck in 2012.

Conor O'Dwyer probably would be thought of (by some) as a professional victim, but hopefully he will have the last laugh now he has been awarded Legal Aid. Good on him for keeping at it. An example to us all.

Conor, if you read this - you are my hero.

Oh dear Polly.

You flatter yourself read the closed thread again I did not address my comment to you and I did not call you a professional victim. I do not consider you a professional victim or professional anything for that matter and never have you are a genuine victim with a cause.

The thread was closed before the usual pro victims had the opportunity to jump on board as they often do and berate everyone and everything in the TRNC whilst not even living here, had redress or never even had a property here and yes there are some that do this and by saying this I do not label the GENUINE victims.

You are sometimes very abrasive to the people who had no purchase problems labeling them "ALL RIGHT JACKS" and then you ask for their support.

We know there is problems we are not oblivious to this fact and yes the majority of us hope that things change for all of those that do have property problems and that 2012 is the year that they get some kind of positive closure.

The Saints, I apologise for misjudging you in my case. I do however know Julie and have a great deal of time and sympathy for her and would never describe her as a professional victim, in fact I cannot think of anyone I describe in such a manner. Your comment did come directly after mine so the mistake, was just that. You say my comments are abrasive, I think yours were very unkind but maybe like me, your style is open to interpretation. Strange that you should think I would be flattered by thinking you called me a professional victim. Would that there were no victims, professional or otherwise. I have only ever asked the support of those willing to give it. I thank you for your good and wish you the compliments of the season.
