We had a service for a few hours yesterday. And today the signal comes and goes.



Just wondered if anyone else is /has experienced any problems.

Just seemed a bit strange that Christmas day , when we wanted to contact family in UK, WE HAD HARDLY ANY SIGNAL YESTERDAY and even today the signal keeps coming and going.

Well,we have just paid for a years subcription, last October.

We had internet for a sum total of 10 minutes at 9pm yesterday very annoying when we were looking forward to seeing the grand children opening their presents.first thing in the morning.Then at 9.20pm the chuffing electric went off.Ho ho bloody ho.

Mine went at 11.30pm last night & was still off when i went to bed about 1am, it hasn't been back on very long but seems ok at the moment.

Been having problems for several weeks with internet dropping out. The help centre was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

Yesterday was hopeless - today not a lot better.

Will be looking at Multimax when this years subscription is up.

Very frustrating when you need to use skype etc.



I am Computer thick, but we have used Bortec for over 4 years and we are very happy with them.

Problems in Iskele too...



Funny thing when we are calling them to report that we dont have internet either they are not picking up phone or hunging up during conversation (very rude).



Internet is coming and goin for 10 -15 minues since 1 week at evenings only.

Plus between 21 and 00 its very, very slow....



we are having 2 Mb connection wireless...

We have NH 1mb wireless, cannot use the laptop upstairs 50% of the time because signal weak or always dropping out. Not too bad when sitting in front of the router in the living room although service will slow down and still drop out from time to time. When phoning them, they hve always send someone who makes adjustments but service always returns to same type of problem. I just put it down to being in North Cyprus!!

My internet just dropped down while I was talking with my family in Poland...It was back after 10 minutes...so again evening is close and problem appears again....



Problem is that the only Nethouse is working in the area where I live...so I dont have any other option :/

We had no internet at all yesterday and yes we too wanted to watch our grandchildren open their presents but with a burnt out base station due to the storm there was nothing that could be done.

What is Happening to Nethouse !! its taking a step backwards the service is gradually getting worse as the month goes on...the service is like an old hoors knickers on, off, on ,off.....

in Karsiyaka ...and no service xmas day or boxing day but ok this morning , phoned nethouse 8.45 am on

monday and was promised that the engineer would arrive in 2 hours .its now 9.30pm on tuesday and he hasnt been ...doesnt matter as its working but I wont be using them next time !!

its pretty crap now( Magosa), even worse than it was before... im getting constant lag spikes and disconnects, i cant even use skype!

No problems in Girne, we have always found Nethouse to be A1.
