The only 18 hole golf course in the TRNC is the Korineum Golf Course

Yes you can just turn up and play.

From Girne going coastal allow an hour.

Shorter if going via Nicosia.

@ msg 10, newscoop: (...) Go to htpp://www.cmcgolfclub.com (...)

▶ Sorry, Rev, the URL should read http://www.cmcgolfclub.com (because: "htpp is not a registered protocol").

Well spotted Hans.

Rowlo , allow an hour and three quarters from Arapkoy and don't go there with a decent set of clubs or you will ruin them !! You can walk it easy enough (the course ) not the journey Ho Ho Ho .

It's nine holes with two different tee positions . With a bit of money it could be a lovely golf course . The setting is great but it is cinder greens and to be honest , from where you are i would play Korineum , even with the astronomic green fees . Just my opinion geeza ! Happy Hog to you .

The old Gooner is right about the clubs but he obviously hasn't been there in the past year or three because there's loads of grass on the fairways and good ball strikers shouldn't have any problems. My Cobra's have been used there since 2004 and are still in superb nick.

Rabbits can of course use mats.

Scoop you old Spud , actually i played in October and there wasn't much grass where i hit the ball.!! Maybe to you superior golfers hit it onto the grassy bits !! It is a lovely setting but...........

Msg 16

Which fairways? (Presumably we poorer golfers still end up after several shots in the same place as you 'Tigers' hit your drives)

The fairways are the bits after the blue markers and inside the red ones.

Rowlo,

We play most Wednesdays and Sundays and it would be nice to see a fellow Jock, not to mention Gers fan on the course.

You can place your ball if you land on the fairways or some take an artificial grass mat around with them. I have played a few times over the last 2 months and the fairways are ok and so much better than a year ago.
