So glad and grateful to read these posts as we have been longing to hear good news. Being precluded from earlier offering blood by age and a history of malaria I was too embarrassed to ask the question of Roy's wellbeing. We hope his recovery continues as robustly as his great personality and for him and his family the New Year and beyond brings them everything they could ever wish for.

I'm pleased to report that Roy went home yesterday and is as well as can be expected after a triple heart bypass. He is taking it easy and resting as you can imagine.

He (Roy) has been "Through the Mill" here, but has recovered sufficiently to be sent home,where he will be recuperating for some time, but I know he will be on CY44 to thank everyone for their good wishes soon as

I can honestly and unashamedly say that my eyes have welled up with tears at reading all your dear messages - so sorry I haven't replied before.



Now I'm really on the mend and feeling stronger every day that dawns - especially as the weather is getting warmer!
