Just concluded another great afternoon/evening with a great group of people playing some classic 12 barr stuff and more individual songs. Over the past couple of months these people have made such efforts and the results are conclusive. It was great to sit on the sidelines and listen to these musicians make their own music as a band and help each other create a good sound that I, for one, didnt believe possible. A great big "pat on the back" to all of you and look forward to next Monday. Music is fun and creates happiness. regards Barry

Totally agree Dave ! it was good to see new faces and to benefit from their input. However, your own improvement over the last few weeks must be inspirational to any "would be musician" who would like to, but never knew they could !!! well done and keep sliding and NOW composing and singing own song !! wow !! see ya next Monday, regards Barry (PS ! open to everyone so please feel free to come or e mail me bizarre.guitar@yahoo.co.uk )

Ho Ho Ho Rob. "off colour"??? You under estimate yourself and your acoustic version of "House of the Rising Sun" had us mesmerised and got the first round of applause ! I think it is a strong contender for a place in "the concert" !! regards Barry

I agree, House of the Rising Sun is a classic and should be included in the set practice pieces.

Thanks Barry, I'm glad you were "mesmerised" rather than "mortified"....
