There is a FREE exercise class 29th/30th December at Duet Academy. Its located just after the turning to Jasmine Court. Its after work. For reservations AND time please call Dr Suleyman the Coordinator of Duet 03928160200



If you feel you ate too much over the holiday

Then come and do a Zumba class to burn the fat away

Duet are offering a one off class to get you up and running
