| Classes are now Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8.45am and 6pm
Still only 10tl
Its the only exercise that doesnt feel like exercise.. Zumba really is what you have been waiting for. If you hate traditional exercise but you want to burn lots of calories and have fun at the same time, what are you waiting for.
Young, old, thin or not, doesnt matter a hoot, come shake what you got! Lets have a healthy and happy 2012 and dance our way to a healthy body and a happy soul..

Tuesdays Morning session 8.45-9.45 Evening session 6-7pm
Thursdays Morning session 8.45-9.45 Evening session 6-7pm

| Hello Altintas, for the time being it is 6pm.. my classes used to be at 6.30 but people thought it was a bit too late. Its hard to judge what time is best.
If you can make it for one of the evening sessions I garantee you will love it, great fun, easy routines and fantastic uplifting music.
