Our client has land in DORTYOL , KORKUTELI , GUVERCINLIK areas , these areas are around 10-15 mins from MAGUSA ... the plots range from 1000 - 2500 pounds per donum . They are willing to swap / barter for anything of equal value .

For example these are some of the recent deals we have put together :

Land for Mercedes Jeep

Land for Bricks

Land for tomtatoes & cucumbers

Land for 200 cases of Pepesi Cola

Land for Labour

etc

Please describe the land type/purpose available? Is it olive/ farm/rock, possible to build on? Is it exchange land etc? Thanks

Land is flat ,earth ... multi purpose , some are on the main roads , some are not , can be both commercial and residential , some of the previous purchasers have used it for , factories , depots ,restaurant , farming / grazing . livestock , one person is planting olive trees for carbon credits etc .. land is mix of egdeher and TMD .
