Our client has land in DORTYOL , KORKUTELI , GUVERCINLIK areas , these areas are around 10-15 mins from MAGUSA ... the plots range from 1000 - 2500 pounds per donum . They are willing to swap / barter for anything of equal value .

Do these plots have planning permission? Any roads connecting them to something nearby. Easy access to the electrical grid? I assume they're Exchange title. Can you tell me a little more about them before start thinking about swapping my car or a whole bunch of pepsi (that I might straight up do though just to say I bought land with coke). Also what about Kocans? I'm sincerely interested just have a few concerns that you can buy land for bricks, and the price per donum appears very cheap and I am wondering why.
