Hi everybody - we are coming out for New Year. Anybody have any suggestions for a good venue for New Years Eve - Hotels ? Restaurants ? where they have a special event evening. Would like dinner, party etc (need to allow for young teenagers as well). Any advice would be gratefully received. thanks

Perry, we have spent the last couple of New Years in Roxanne's - part of the Rocks Hotel next to the casino. You can eat in there, the food is good and generous portions. The place really livens up later and does get very crowded but would especially suit the teenagers and the young at heart in your group. Hoping to be there again this year but having problems getting leave so may see you there. Wont be a problem when we move permanently. Wherever you end up I hope you all have a good time.

B&B London

We are going 28/12 - 11/1. Flying with Turkish Airline at £217 each. Only downside is a 6 hour wait at Istanbul on our return.
