| No, think he could have handled it much better and before I hear 'you do not know what it is like' my husband was the first Metropolitan Turkish Cypriot police officer and he had predudice, but he road it out and in the end they were really sorry when he left to return to Cyprus. Also I have a black daughter in law. I think that the PC brigade has gone over the top and this could back-fire on them. |

| Sacking a white person is straight forward and usually goes without a mishap. Sacking any other coloured skin person and you immediately end up in front of an industrial tribunial; costing you time and expense. Oh, by the way, if you don't employ a person of none caucasian colur then you end up in front of an industrial tribunial explaning why you didn't employ them. Employers arms tied every which way. |
