Hi there, my daughter was 5yrs old last week and we wanted a birthday cake made - one with icing and sponge as she will not eat the cream ones you can buy here. Fatma who sells cakes at Chateau Lambosa market made the cake for us, as i asked her after tasting her lovely cakes from market.

It looked beautiful and tasted lovely - it was a 12 inch sponge, with raspberry Jam, buttercream and icing. It was an Angelina Ballerina themed cake - Angelina was made of icing and even had her whiskers - thanks Fatma it went down a treat - see link for photo of cake.
