Having lost my internet connection yesterday, I called Extend to be told my subscription had expired 5 days ago.



I said I would check my records and get back to him. To my annoyance I found out they were correct and feeling a bit embarrassed left it at that. The Extend engineer called me back later and said he had extended my subscription by a few days to allow me extra time to renew.



I went in today and renewed for 1 year for 525 ytl, this is 150 ytl less than last year and almost half what it was when i joined them over 3 years ago. The service throughout this time has been excellent with almost no down time.
