Just interested,'Bespoke' normally entails some degree of design input from would be purchaser, are they all different designs? also are the remaining 5 actually already built? or is the 'bespoke' element still available. Clarification may just help persuade some potentail purchaser.

Pity they never mention all the grief surrounding property purchase in NC nor what title the land is.

Hi All and Pilgrim,

The Blue Cove Development is a development for off plan properties, so yes, naturally there can be much input from potential purchasers. The buyer of the first plot has made several changes to his own tastes, within the boundries of the initial plans. The houses are based on a plan of villas in Girne, and the show house can be visited. The land is exchanged, opposite the sea and is genuinely beautiful, and this developer has an extremely good name in our area, and we are proud to act as sole agent for him and his English Architect partner. Half of the Peninsular Heights development has been sold, and we can put any potential buyers in touch with other buyers if necessary, including North Cyprus' famous singer Dave Jackson who moved from Kyrenia to the Karapz. As mentioned, the Karpaz would suit those looking for non over development. As with all our properties, and inspection trip is offered, and the weeks free holiday would serve well to inspect the build at

a later date. It can be taken in our Company Apartment in Bogaz or at the Majestic Hotel also in Bogaz.

Even if you are not looking for property, and have not visited the Karpaz, we would urge you to come and take a look at the wonderful beaches, beautiful scenery, and places of interest. We believe the Karpaz is the last unspoilt spot in North Cyprus, which is one of the reasons we are seeing many buyers from the Greek side moving from the concrete jungles trying to re discover what we consider the real Cyprus. Also, many know of the new marina near Girne, but not of the Karpaz Bay Marina, which will add huge value to investment, and is actually under construction!

If anyone wants further details please contact me direct for more info on any property on the Karpaz or just general info.

Many Thanks'

Maria Jerome
