Hi, comfortable clothes - layers in this weather as we start off very cold and end up very hot! I also recommend trainers and you also need to bring some water and a towel.

Hope to see you there!

With my (very) limited participation in Zumba, I would recommend that along with the towel, water, etc. you also take a respirator

Only joking; I'm sure few people are as unfit as I am.

the great thing about Zumba is that you can work as hard as you want to or your fitness allows - I have all different levels of fitness in my classes and they all go away having had a good work out - me too! 'Just keep moving' is my motto - and I don't care if it's the wrong way as sometimes I will go the wrong way too!

Due to many people taking the opportunity to go away for the half term break I am not running the evening sessions next week ( Tues 7th Feb and Thurs 9th Feb). Daytime classes are going ahead as normal - Tuesday and Thursday at 9am.

All classes back to normal week after - Tues 14th and 16th.

Thanks
