hi gunamatta .are you negotiable on this price.im not sure where your getting the price of £110-130 for as the price list is here - http://www.caesar-resort.com/pricelist.html



the most expensive apartment which is 122 square metres so 5% bigger than yours which is also on the 9 nth floor which is higher and prices go up with the higher the floor is £104 k.again this is the asking price and i know there is discount.
